As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I often have snacks at my events and always get asked for recipes. So, I have decided to post some of my favorite recipes here to share with you. I won't be posting on any sort of schedule, but do check back often to see what's cookin' at LA Stamper's house!

Please note, that I often cook by sight and make things up. I will do my best to show you and give approximate measurements for recipes where I do this!

Easy BBQ Beef on a Bun

I love this recipe...it's super easy, delicious and feeds a crowd!  I can start it when I get up in the morning and it will be ready for supper that night.  It's great as leftovers and I have found it freezes well too.  I originally found this recipe in a "Fix It & Forget It" cookbook.

Easy Roast Beef BBQ

3-4lb Beef Roast
12 oz bottle of BBQ Sauce (the kind of sauce you choose will change the flavor of the recipe.  I use the Keg BBQ sauce)
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Chopped Onion (I use a whole medium onion)
1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper (I use a whole medium green pepper)
Buns
Cheese

Combine first 7 ingredients in an appropriate size slow cooker.  Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.  Remove roast and shred using two forks.  Put shredded beef back in sauce.  Serve warm on buns.  We like to put some grated cheese on them!  It's great with coleslaw or some other salad.

Serves:  12-16 people
